I just gave up to use. It runs on Cedar Trail platform I am not a techee and intel has incorporated the drivers with their own linux distro Meego 1.

I also have mint 13 kde running on my d Members are distinguished by a small Ubuntu logo next to their names, Canonical employees by a purple "O", a portion of Canonical's logo.

I also read that people are not able to run linux on their D on full resolution X and because of the GMA they are stuck with X I am using ubuntu There was one recommended driver, but when I installed it, it made my graphic even clunkier.

Anybody can tell me when will ubuntu support my graphics card I hate windows and I don't want to return my laptop. On the good side, the screen is nice, runs efficiently without getting hot, keyboard is a reasonable size for a netbook and key movement has a positive feel about it, but I dislike the flat-topped keys everyone wants to copy Apple, even when Apple have bad ideas because properly shaped keys remind your fingers where the center of each key is at without looking.

Seems i must dualboot this netbook with windows to get multimedia working. I want my distro to be as lightweight as possible. I'm using ubuntu precise Zorin 10 Lite runsvery very well.
