I am sure that the obvious solution would be for me to reinstall the software using the CD that came with the scanner, but I am reluctant to do this as I apparently have the driver installed ok - the scanner is recognized in Device Manager and under Scanners and Cameras in Control Panel - and, as stated, I can use it with the XP Wizard.
